Walking is one of the simplest ways to stay active, but as your body ages, a flat, easy walk stops doing as much for your bones and muscles as it used to. Adding load is one of the most straightforward ways to make each step count for more, without adding a single extra minute to your routine.
A front buckle strap cinches the vest snug and secure, so the fixed 12 lb load stays put and evenly distributed through a full session.
Sand-filled neoprene with a mesh back pocket for small belongings — built for real workouts, not just posing for a mirror selfie.
Suitable for adult and youth, men and women — the front buckle dials in a secure fit.
Wear it walking, jogging, climbing stairs, or around the house.
See roughly how many additional calories you could burn hitting your 10,000 steps a day, just by adding the vest.
— more than the same 10,000 steps without the vest (— cal → — cal per day)
Estimate only, not a guarantee. Everyone burns calories differently.
We use the standard MET-based walking energy formula (Calories/min = MET × bodyweight in kg × 3.5 ÷ 200), then recalculate it with the vest's weight added to your effective bodyweight, the difference is your estimated "extra" calories. We base this on a 10,000-step day at a moderate walking pace (about 100 steps per minute, roughly 3 mph), which works out to about 100 minutes of walking, with a small adjustment for height and gender to reflect typical differences in stride and pace. Weekly and monthly figures simply multiply that daily estimate by 7 and 30, assuming you hit 10,000 steps every day. Your actual results depend on your pace, terrain, consistency, and fitness level.

This vest is one-size and fits most adults (and youth) thanks to the adjustable front buckle strap. There's no chest/waist range to size around — the buckle lets you cinch it snug.
Yes — this vest is filled with 12 lb (5kg) of sand, built right into the neoprene construction. It's a fixed weight rather than removable plates, so what you see is what you train with.

This vest carries a fixed 12 lb load rather than adjustable plates, so if you're new to weighted training, start with shorter sessions and build up your time and distance rather than the weight itself.
A soft neoprene weighted vest filled with 12 lb (5kg) of sand for a comfortable, evenly distributed load across your chest and upper body. One size, adjustable front buckle strap fits most adults and youth. Reflective tape on both shoulder straps for low-light visibility, plus a mesh pocket on the back for small belongings. Wipe clean with a dry cloth only — do not rinse in water. Built for walking, running, crossfit, and stair climbing.
Zone 2 refers to a heart-rate training zone, roughly 60–70% of your max heart rate, where you can still hold a conversation but feel like you're working. It's a pace popular in endurance and longevity-focused training for building aerobic base fitness over time. Wearing the vest on a Zone 2 walk adds resistance without pushing your heart rate into a higher, less sustainable zone, an easy way to add intensity to a walk you're already doing.
As a rough guide, using the common age-based estimate for max heart rate (220 minus your age):
These are estimates only, individual fitness levels vary. A fitness tracker or heart-rate monitor will give you a more personalized read on your own zones.
