Getting started
I've never worked out before. Where do I start?

Do I need a lot of space for home workout equipment?
Not at all. Most of our gear, resistance bands, wrist wraps, sliding boards, exercise rings, is built to store easily in a closet or under a bed. You don't need a home gym. You need a corner.
How do I know which products are right for me?
Start with your goal. Building strength? Check Strength & Muscle. Recovering from soreness or an old injury? Recovery has you covered. Every collection page includes product details to help you choose with confidence.
Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
We get every order packed and shipped as quickly as we can. Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email so you always know where it is.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
If it's not right for you, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll sort out a return or refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Absolutely. Reach out through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll set up an exchange for the right size or color as quickly as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That's on us to fix. Contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Products & quality
Your prices are lower than other fitness brands. What's the catch?
No catch. We cut out the markup that comes with big gym-brand names and gym-membership overhead, not the quality of what you're holding. Every product is held to the same bar, regardless of price tag.
Do you offer sizing guidance for apparel?
Most of our apparel listings note the available sizes right on the product page. If you don't see what you need or want a second opinion on fit, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help.
How do I take care of my equipment?
Keep it dry, wipe it down after sweaty sessions, and store it out of direct sunlight. Some listings include extra care notes specific to that item, so it's worth a quick check on the product page.
